			Trucost is a member of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) and a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). Since 2000, Trucost has been helping companies and investors understand the environmental impacts of business activities in financial terms. Trucost offers expert advice and research to major corporations, both public and private, institutional investors and to Government departments and associated agencies. Over the past six years Trucost has built up a database of the environmental impacts and disclosures of over 3200 major companies worldwide.
