Companies that are covered by the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule in the United States now have until to 30 September 2011 to report 2010 GHG data to the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA has also finalised rules on which GHG data reported to the EPA can be released to the public, and which will be treated as confidential.
